RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund minus shipping for any unwashed and unworn merchandise in resalable condition (Tried on is perfectly okay!). Please send items being returned via the mail delivery service of your choice to our returns address:

Please include a copy of your invoice, or a note with your invoice number and the full name your order was placed with, along with your return so that it can be processed quickly.
If you are exchanging, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your new items ship. If we do not have the items you are requesting in exchange for your returned merchandise, we will contact you to arrange via email for a different item in exchange. We will contact you with your tracking information once your exchange has been processed and shipped so that you may keep up to date on the status of your package.
Please note: We do require a shipping fee to be paid for exchanges. We will email an invoice to you with a link to our secure payment portal to checkout once your exchange has been processed. We cannot ship your exchange before the shipping fee has paid.
If you are returning for refund, we issue refunds within 24-48 hours of receiving the return. Our refunds are issued through the payment method you provided when checking out. If you paid with a PayPal account, refunds typically appear in your account within 2-3 days. If you paid with a Debit or Credit card, refunds can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
