Shipping policy

We ship 3-5 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days) from your order being placed using USPS or UPS based on size and weight of the order. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification with tracking info will be emailed to your attached address (please check spam folder if you do not see an update).

True Cooks cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office or UPS to inquire further.
